Refunds and your rights

Before you buy, review the full Refund Policy linked at checkout. We do not use a blanket “all sales final” rule. Eligibility depends on order facts (for example undelivered access, corrupt files we cannot remediate, or duplicate charges) and on any applicable statutory rights in your region. Where digital content is delivered immediately, cooling-off rights may be limited only if you give the required informed consent at checkout. Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment; approved full refunds revoke download access. Chargebacks are not the ordinary refund channel—contact support first. First response target: within 1 business day.
